Peacock Spider (Maratus speciosus)

Peacock Spider (Maratus speciosus)
This spider is a male Maratus speciosus (Coastal peacock spider) and this is its way to appeal to a potential female mate (the brown spider at the end). It is approximately 4 mm in length and inhabits coastal dunes near Perth in Western Australia. The asymmetric and staccato legwork of this one is unique, and so are the clown face and orange hairs on its back. https://youtu.be/d_yYC5r8xMI

Powder Mountain : Eden Utah

Powder Mountain... It lives up to its name... Greatest snow on earth!

Powder Mountain Billboards : Salt Lake City based Super Top Secret created this campaign for Powder Mountain to keep non-locals away from their precious snow stashes. With the tagline, “Paid for by Powder Mountain Locals,” it’s part scare tactic and part reverse psychology. The campaign connected with both territorial natives and tourists alike who were seeking the most epic and secretive snowboarding spot Utah has to offer.
